Richard has been appraising property across Tampa Bay and West Central Florida for 25 years. Somewhere along the way, he noticed most appraisers only wanted the easy work mortgage files, handed to them by a bank. Everyone else families settling an estate, couples going through a divorce, homeowners fighting a tax bill got left to figure it out on their own. Citywide was built around them instead.
